TROUT FISHING

The Gram Series

The Gram Series “organizes” the cast of fly rods by allowing the fish to see the bait first as it drifts downstream. Depending on the model used a small amount of resistance keeps the fly line under control giving the entire rig increase sensitivity  The sinkers keep the bait in the fish strike zone which increases the catch rate. Lead free, the revolutionary design of the sinkers reduces snags. They outperform sink lines and split shot sinkers. Available in 3.0, 3.5, and 4.0 gram models.

Attach Gram Series to fly rod

Attach a 1-2 ft length of 20 lb line to the main line with a nail knot.

Create a loop knot at the opposite end of the line and slide it through the swivel at the open end of the sinker. Attach your leader with bait and you are ready to fish.

Use your favorite bait with this rig.
